Natasha Radnovich (M.S. Ed, BCBA), President
Natasha has 12 years experience working with children with disabilities. She graduated in 2010 from Northern Illinois University with her Bachelor of Science in Education; Special Education. Natasha worked as a Special Education teacher for 2 1/2 years in a Kindergarten/1st grade Diagnostic classroom. During the summers, Natasha worked as a Preschool teacher for children with ASD. In 2013 Natasha started to work as an in-home therapist for children with ASD and their families. She graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2014 with a Masters of Science in Education; Advanced Special Education Practices. She then completed her BCBA coursework, over 1800 hours of supervised on the job training, and passed her BCBA exam.
Prior to becoming a Special Education Teacher, Natasha dedicated 10 years service to the United States Navy. She is the mother of 3 fur babies, who consume most of her free time, and the aunt to 2 beautiful nieces and 1 nephew. Natasha is family centered and loves to spend the weekends with her parents, siblings’ families, and the 7 family dogs.
